The Culture First Chicago Chapter is thrilled to host an in-person workshop facilitated by Leadership & Organizational Development Consultant, Ben Cardenas, Certified FranklinCovey and Situational Leadership® Facilitator!

Psychological safety is the foundation of trust, inclusion, and innovation in today’s workplace. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn:

• The core principles and research behind psychological safety

• How to identify everyday leadership behaviors that build or erode safety

• Strategies for fostering open communication and constructive feedback

• The connection between psychological safety, engagement, and innovation

And everyone will walk away committed to one personal action to enhance safety in their team based on their learning!

Event will take place in room 407/412 of The Chicago School, on Wells between Wacker and Kinzie. Please bring your ID for security check-in on the 1st floor.
