Join us for Culture First Detroit's January gathering as we kick off the new year with intention, community, and practical tools for thriving as culture leaders.
In this interactive 60-minute virtual session, we'll build on our recent conversations about what it means to have strong ground as leaders. Together, we'll explore four essential practices that help us stay grounded, energized, and connected—especially when leading through complexity and change.
What You'll Take Away:
Solid intentions for 2026 that feel authentic to you
Practical, doable practices you can use during both intense and restorative cycles
Connection with other culture leaders and humans who understand the challenges of your world
What to Expect: This is a community-focused, interactive experience. We'll have some teaching, time for personal reflection, and breakout conversations where you can connect authentically with peers. You'll leave with a plan that actually works for your life and your leadership.
How to Prepare: Just show up ready to engage and build a plan that works for you. No prep required. (Note: We'll be building from concepts in Brené Brown's Strong Ground, but reading the book is not required to participate fully.)
What You'll Need:
A quiet space where you can be present
Something to write with (digital or paper)
Your authentic self
Looking forward to building strong ground together in 2026!
