Are you ready to help build Culture First's Geelong & Surf Coast chapter? It all starts on Wednesday, July 15th @ 1:30pm and you're invited!

We recognise now more than ever what we need is community. Community to learn from, to have a connection with, and to support us as we all carry forward the work of trying to create better workplaces for people. Join the conversation about shaping a healthier culture in your workplace and learn how you can take an active role in this chapter. This community-of-practice is intended to be crafted and built by YOU - culture and people leaders across Greater Geelong & The Surf Coast who have an interest and passion in learning, connecting, sharing and growing together.

This first event will feature a Q&A with Andy Mathers (General Manager Geelong Broadcasters), where we explore the implications of remote work for local radio. We will also have an interactive session to introduce Australia's newest Culture First chapter and get the discussion started with other culture leaders:
