Hey Culture First KC Crew! 🌟 

We’re back with another Brain Trust session at Cafe Equinox—a place for meaningful connections, shared wisdom, and supportive insights. 

This facilitated discussion is designed to help each of us navigate the highs and lows of our work with a trusted community by our side. You'll get feedback and be supporting others. Think of this as your advisory board for all things people, culture, and business!

What to Expect 🤔
We’ll provide the coffee.
You bring your own snacks.
Bring your challenge to get support and / or be willing to share your feedback and ideas.
Sharing reflections and intentions for the new year.

The Agenda 🗓️

• 9:00 - 9:45: Arrive, grab a coffee, have a bite and get comfy in the greenhouse. 

• 9:45 - 10:45: Community Brain Trust.

• 10:45 - 11:00: Reflections and wrap-up.

• 11:00 - 1:00: Open co-working, connecting and hanging out (this is optional)

Who Should Join? 👥

If you’re passionate about creating a better world of work, this is for you! You don't necessarily have to be in HR or have a people and culture role to be an attendee. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or new to the culture conversation, come share, learn, and grow with us. And don't forget to bring a friend!

Need-to-Knows 📝

• Arrival: The coffeeshop opens at 9am. Meet us in the back of the greenhouse and grab a coffee on us. We'll have a Culture First banner up.

• Discussion: The facilitated activity is from 9:45am - 11:00am.

• Food: Bring your own snacks
