About this event

This Valentine’s season, let’s talk about the heart of performance reviews - not the forms, ratings, or calibrations, but the human intention behind them.

In this session, Kimmy Colucci (Director of Team Enablement at Mixbook) will share how her team rolled out a company-wide Performance Review v1.0 by approaching it like a product manager - starting with why now, gathering data, prototyping with real teams, and earning executive buy-in along the way.

We’ll explore the guiding principles that shaped Mixbook’s approach - clarity, fairness, and growth - and unpack how to create a performance process that helps people actually get better, not just get evaluated. Expect an honest, story-driven conversation about change management, feedback culture, and how to make performance reviews feel less like a compliance exercise and more like an act of care.

Why You’ll Want to Join

  • Hear a real-world story of designing and launching a performance system from scratch - from discovery to rollout.

  • Connect with fellow Culture leaders navigating performance review fatigue and culture transformation.

  • Walk away with tangible ideas for how to ground your next HR initiative in clarity, data, and heart.

  • Reflect on how performance systems can strengthen trust, fairness, and business outcomes.

    Our Speaker:

Rooted in frameworks from The Table Group and Culture Amp, she’s passionate about building systems that connect clarity, culture, and performance. Kimmy lives in Summerlin, LV with her partner, Jason, and their tiny but mighty chi-poo, Fettuccini - her daily reminder that care, consistency, and a little scrappiness can go a long way.
