We’ll kick things off with a fun, story-driven card game created by renowned psychotherapist Esther Perel in partnership with Culture Amp. Where Should We Begin? At Work uses 100 thoughtful, safe-for-work prompts to spark curiosity, strengthen relationships, and foster trust—one story at a time.

After the game, we’ll dive into an engaging group discussion:

• What is psychological safety?

• How can we measure and influence it?

• What role do leaders play in cultivating it?

• And most importantly, how have you experienced it (or not) in your work?

This is a warm, open space to connect, learn, and share stories that shape healthier, more human workplaces.
