About this event

Join us in this engaging and authentic discussion around your "Shadow of Influence", led by Nathan Sheets, Principal at Bearing Leadership Consulting. 
In this session, we'll be reflecting and talking about how we perceive ourselves, how others perceive us, and how we can influence those around us. We will talk about what we can really control, what we can influence, and things that are out of our control.

What is a "Community Gathering?" 
These monthly community gatherings are our monthly connections that hold space to connect, collaborate, and work through cultural challenges to build a better world of work & community.
This open community conversation will be a loosely structured opportunity to ask questions, share stories, and develop deeper connections with other local culture advocates. Every gathering will focus on a unique topic that's relevant to everyone's work and/or community. Topics are revealed to all registrants ahead of the gathering.
