Workplace Wellbeing Discussion: wellness break brought to you by Reem Abdou

Northern New Jersey
Fri, Nov 18, 1:00 PM (EST)

About this event

The holidays and end-of-year deadlines are fast approaching, bringing with them stress, packed schedules, and shifting priorities. But are we taking the time or actions to prioritize personal and workplace wellbeing? Join us for a 1-hour virtual lunch break as we discuss how our organizations are supporting wellbeing and share tips and resources to implement new wellness strategies. We’ll also take a little time for self-care with chair yoga and guided breathing, techniques you can use daily at home or in the office!
