The holidays and end-of-year deadlines are fast approaching, bringing with them stress, packed schedules, and shifting priorities. But are we taking the time or actions to prioritize personal and workplace wellbeing? Join us for a 1-hour virtual lunch break as we discuss how our organizations are supporting wellbeing and share tips and resources to implement new wellness strategies. We’ll also take a little time for self-care with chair yoga and guided breathing, techniques you can use daily at home or in the office! About Reem Reem Abdou is an international interdisciplinary creator, activist, speaker, and facilitator. She works at the intersection of well-being and culture. For the last decade she has been known as a transnational community organizer, sound artist, ethnomusicologist, art curator, and an embodied consciousness meditation guide who offers an accessible all-levels yoga practice to students in universities, public events, and diverse workplaces around the world. She is the founder of The Collective BAE - a global multi-genre organization of wellness practitioners and intentional creators.
