Individual differences play an important role in our everyday interactions. They influence our opinions, behaviours, responses and reactions. This isn't just apparent in personal life, but also at work. We all approach tasks and challenges from different angles, and one isn't necessarily better than the other.
Join me on Thursday, December 11th, from 5-6 PM BST / 6–7 PM CET for a virtual event, where we will practice our ability to recognise and appreciate our individual differences. We will be letting our creativity flow around a few simple creative prompts in order to see something very special happen: The exact same prompts can lead to many unique results.
💭 We will also chat about our experiences with individual differences at work and how we might approach conflicts caused by those differences.
Spaces for the event are limited to just 5 people. You don't need any prior creative experience, just bring whatever pen(s) you have (doesn't matter if it's colored pencils, crayons, highlighters or a ball-point pen) . We will be creating with whatever means we already have at home 🎨
I'm looking forward to seeing you there!
Valerie
