With the SHRM Annual Conference happening right here in our city, we’re taking the opportunity to bring together local and visiting culture advocates for a casual evening of connection and conversation. Our connection activities will be facilitated by Culture First San Diego Co-Lead Gary Ware and Friends. Gary is a seasoned facilitator who blends playfulness with purpose to create spaces where real connection can thrive. He’ll be leading us through The Yes Mingler—a light-touch, high-impact experience designed to help you move past surface-level chit-chat and into conversations that matter.

You won’t be put on the spot or asked to do anything cringey, just invited to show up as yourself and meet others doing the same.
