This time around, we're going to step back from the day-to-day for some shared reflection on 2025. What challenges, topics, projects, and other pieces of work loomed largest for you and your People & Culture/HR team this year? And what do you expect to come up in 2026? We want to share our experiences and learnings, so that we can all face the year ahead better equipped to create amazing workplace cultures and support our organizations.

Our book exchange in previous years was such a huge hit, that we are bringing it back!

Do you have a non-fiction book on your shelf that you wish the people that you work with would read? What is that book and why?

No need to go out and buy a new one though. Shop from your home collection! We recommend pulling a used one from your own shelf - dog eared, highlighted, notes in the margin, post-it notes throughout all the better.

Themes of culture, leadership, change, communication, any HR topic or anything that helps us in the work we do as 'People Geeks' would be a great fit.

Bringing your book wrapped (in something sustainable or reusable?) will make the receiving and potential trading loaded with a little more surprise and delight.
