About Me

My work aims to prioritise human connection, even when it's really hard. With a background in workplace law, industrial relations and employee relations, I have experienced first hand how power structures, systems, decision-making processes and legacies often contribute to workplace cultures that have lost sight of people. I now help leaders, teams and people and culture professionals in being purposeful about the culture they create every day, through every action, interaction, decision and practice. My coaching, training, facilitation and consulting work spans from compliance to culture and from conflict to collaboration.
