In this 60-minute gathering, we’ll use a shared Miro board to explore what belonging looks like - and doesn’t - in our workplaces and identities. You'll start by creating a personalized “Belonging Badge Bingo” grid based on real-life traits and identities.

This experience is based on the Empower Belonging Through Action workshop, adapted for this chapter gathering.

We’ll start with a warm Culture First welcome and end with a group reflection and optional community sharing.
