ERG Leadership Exchange is a dynamic community where current and aspiring leaders of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) convene to collaborate and exchange best practices for creating impactful and inclusive ERG programs. ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups that aim to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace and are aligned with an organization's mission, values, goals, and business practices. This chapter serves as a nexus for innovation, support, and strategic insights, helping ERG leaders drive change and make a meaningful difference in their organizations.
Meetings will predominantly take place in a virtual format, alternating between sessions featuring educational content from ERG experts and an ongoing mastermind series designed to address and solve specific challenges faced by our members.
