Join us for our first New Zealand Community Gathering of Culture First in 2021 - an inclusive community that connects, collaborates, and supports culture first enthusiasts on their journey to create culture first companies!
This 60-minute virtual gathering will be split into two parts:
We will reconnect the Culture First community in New Zealand, get to know each other and start building a safe and engaging virtual space for many more Culture First discussions to come
We will also jump right into the deep end and have a discussion about continuous listening, what it means, why it matters and how we can support a continuous listening culture in our organizations.
