About this event

Inspired by David Whyte's session 'Half a shade braver: The foundations of conversational leadership' at Culture First Americas 2022, I (Barbara) read the book 'Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art' by James Nestor.

This workshop will be co-facilitated by Barbara Daxenberger, Auckland chapter lead, and Pooja Dhiman, chapter lead of the Mindfulness and Manifestation chapter. We will be exploring the learnings from James Nestor's book while at the same time learning and practicing different breathing techniques.

The learnings from the book and the breathing techniques will focus on how you can increase the following 4 areas in your work and personal life:

- Impact and Influence

- Calm

- Confidence

- Power and Energy
