This virtual and interactive 1.5-hour workshop is designed to supply attendees with the basics and tips to follow when giving and receiving feedback.
Come join all of the Texas (Austin, Houston, DFW, and San Antonio) Culture First chapters for our very first collective event!
Whether you’re on the giving or receiving end, feedback can be difficult. For this event, India Bastien will facilitate her interactive “Giving and Receiving Feedback” workshop. It is a 1.5-hour virtual event designed around creating more cohesive teams and leaders through effective feedback practices.
Come prepared to learn how to:
Keep an open heart and mind to feedback
Identify what feedback is actually helpful and how to give it
