We're launching Culture First chapters in Bangalore + Mumbai! The Culture First Community at Culture Amp is where global people leaders and change agents come together to be inspired by their peers, ideate and share best practices to create a better world of work.

This community is:

• a group of people around the world who we believe a better world of work is possible AND we are willing to take action to make this belief a reality!
• made up of 100+ global chapters (including a chapter in Pune!)
• made up of over 10k members

This isn't just for people who work in Human Resource and People Ops. It's not just for Culture Amp customers and prospects. It's open to anyone aligned with our mission.

During this kick off session, we will spend time connecting with one another, reflect on why it matters to create a better world of work and how we plan to co-create that together. We'll discuss topics, themes and trends we'd like to discuss in future sessions as well as how we can support one another on this journey as community members. We'll also be joined by the chapter lead of the Pune chapter, Deepak Koul and Rajan Shah, to share what motivates them and insights for running their chapter as well as Jessie Jacob who is the community manager for Culture First global chapters program!
