BIPOC Community Happy Hour Discussion: Culture of Inclusion

BIPOC N. America

Feb 9, 2023, 2:30 – 4:30 AM

Join us for an intimate gathering. We’ll have open and honest conversations about inclusion and belonging for people of color in the workplace. Expect to engage in small group discussions and share about your experiences. This is a safe space to listen, learn, and be heard.

About this event

This will be a loosely-structured opportunity to make new connections, learn about others' experiences, support one another and have fun!

Some questions to ponder on:

  • What makes you feel included?
  • What are the signs of inclusion and exclusion for you?
  • How has the lack of diversity and inclusion affected your opportunities for professional development? What have you learned in the process that could be helpful to others as well?

RSVP to reserve your spot! Drinks on us!

P.S. As a token of appreciation for helping us grow our community, the first 3 individuals who register and show up with a friend, will receive a copy of The First, The Few, The Only by Deepa Purushothaman or Inclusion on Purpose by Ruchika Tulshyan.
