We're launching the first Culture First community for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) in North America! Together, we'll bring leaders who are committed to building a more conscious and compassionate leadership presence and a more human-centered world of work.
About this event
Join us in our very first event in San Francisco, to make new connections, learn about others' experiences, support one another and have fun! Let's build a strong network of support together that will further empower us to drive positive change in our workplaces and professional communities.
We'll be getting started with the conversations promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive at 4:15 to get your hot chocolate or tea, on us!

Introducing the BIPOC Culture-First community and share the purpose of the group.

Connection
An opportunity to get to know each other at a deeper level and to talk about our experiences at the workplace as Black, Indigenous and People of Color. This is a space for us to share our challenges and receive support from the community.
1:00 AM
Discussion
Brainstorming prompts to help shape our community: 1. What do you need in order to feel safe sharing your experiences in the community discussions? 2. What do you need the most as a black, indigenous and person of color that this community can provide? 3. What do you wish leaders talked more about? 4. What topics would you like to discuss with the group or have guest speakers talk about? 5. Finally, what would an ideal community experience look like for you?
