Let's be real… we spend more of our waking hours at work than we do anywhere else, so let's make them good, am I right!? Join the newly-formed Charleston chapter for a fireside chat at wellbeing oasis, Synchronicity, in Mount Pleasant. A thriving culture is more than benefits and wellness challenges to support employee wellbeing, so let's talk beyond the buzzwords.

About this event
Culture First is a community for HR professionals and "people geeks" who have a passion for cultivating genuine connections and serving others.
Our second meeting is one you don't want to miss. Join us for mocktails, mindfulness and good company!
As organization leaders or HR professionals, we spend most of our time supporting others. We want to put our heads together and connect on what it means to truly work well in a world of burnout and quiet quitting. How do we find our own balance and cultivate cultures that don't leave us with the "Sunday Scaries"?
This conversation will be led by Brian Durbin. Brian Durbin is the Co-Founder and Director of Programming at Synchronicity, a wellbeing oasis committed to building and empowering a community centered around growing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Additionally, he serves as the Chief Client Care Officer at Modern Minds, an innovative mental wellness clinic created in partnership with MUSC Health.
Mr. Durbin has dedicated his education to physical and mental wellbeing. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and a Master's degree in Education with a specialization in biomechanics. Brian's continuing education credits include certifications as a specialist in Behavioral Change, Strength and Conditioning, Meditation, and Integrative Health Coaching (Duke). Brian is a seasoned speaker who has shared his expertise with the wellness community and beyond.
