Managing Conflict: The Key to Successful Teams is a 1.5-hour workshop designed to help managers, people professionals, and culture champions. This will be a great primer to Creating an Innovative Team Culture Workshop we had to reschedule for later this year.

We will discuss:

• The risks of ineffective conflict management
• What gets in the way of productive conflict
• Frameworks for managing conflict and feedback

Event will take place in room 407 of The Chicago School, on Wells between Wacker and Hubbard. Please bring your ID for security check-in on the 1st floor.
