Appreciative inquiry (AI) is a model that seeks to engage people in bringing about self-determined change -- a future they desire.
As an OD intervention that works for large groups, AI has revolutionized the field of organization development and contributed in a significant way to the field of positive psychology.
For us, it's about looking at creating our community together -- what we want from our Culture First Group and how it can best provide connection in a way that is meaningful for each of us.
This two-part workshop will introduce you to the AI approach and will ask for your input on questions of discovery (what's the best of?) and dreams for our future (what if?).
Your input will be used to help us shape the Culture First community in a way that reflects what you value.
Part 1: In-person: 21st of March, Bijou Lounge, Lumiere Cinema
