About this event

The use of tools and techniques designed to create shared meaning and build group relationships are many and varied. Perhaps you have a few favourites that have worked well for you that you would happily share with others?

This is an opportunity to share some of your tools, templates and ‘methods of meaning making’ and to see and hear from others what they have in their toolkit!

No tool, template, or method is too big or small – it could be one page canvas, a super-duper ice breaker, or it could be a physical resource or online platform/tool.

So… You have two opportunities:

  1. Show us one of your favourites – bring along an example of a tool or template you have used. Plan to explain how you’ve used it to a small group. Consider templates, activities and exercises you’ve used with a one-page summary to share.
  2. Share an example as a short case story – share with the group a tool, method, or intervention you’ve used to address a specific organisational dilemma or issue. Plan to share what the context was, what led you to this tool or approach, what worked well, what you might add or change next time (about 10 – 12 minutes)

To indicate your interest to share: send us your idea. If we have a plethora of case examples, we’ll work to identify three or four for this session (and save the rest for later!)

So…whether you have something to share or not, come along and pick-up a few new ideas you can use with your groups to enhance their skills and grow their toolkit.

To join in the sharing…send your interest (1 or 2 or both) to:

  • Hayley Smith Hayley@culturecollab.co.nz and
  • Rebecca Baigent Rebecca.Baigent@lpc.co.nz

Please respond with your interest in sharing by Friday the 14th of June.

Looking forward to seeing what you’ve got!
