We have been using engagement surveys to understand workplace culture for over 20 years. At our next Christchurch Culture First event we will talk about: • The rise of engagement surveys — what we got right / what we missed • The cracks showing in current approaches — from survey fatigue to superficial fixes • What the future could look like - is it time to retire the the approach?
