We’re thrilled to embark on a transformative personal and community journey to carve out time in our busy lives to tap into our unique expressions of creativity, helping us find purpose and ultimately leading to a happier, more fulfilled life.

As Eve Rodsky beautifully puts it:

“...a creative life is not a nice-to-have but a must-have. It is essential to our sense of self, our physical and mental well-being, the health of our partnerships, and our ability to model what a full and meaningful life looks like to our children, our friends and colleagues, and our communities.”

In our September event, we’re focused on exploring ideas inspired by Julia Hotz’s book The Connection Cure. The book highlights how simple yet powerful connections—whether through physical movement, immersing ourselves in nature, engaging in artistic expression, participating in culture, or serving others—can enhance our overall health and well-being and creative potential. We'll discuss how these elements can help us reconnect with our passions, find joy, and build a more fulfilling and health-filled life.

Together, we’ll explore:

The healing power of movement, nature, service, and belonging and how it can spark creativity.

The role of art and creative expression in enhancing our mental and emotional well-being.

Practical ways to integrate these elements into our daily routines.

Whether you’ve read the book or not, consider yourself an artist or not, live in a bustling household, or on your own—everyone is welcome!

Join us for one or all; we’ll host four events throughout 2024 to connect and support each other's journey.
