Poor working relationships, unresolved conflict, bullying and harassment can have a detrimental effect on personal wellbeing, as well as the wider working environment.
Evidence shows that effective team working, supported by good communication and responsive line management, impacts positively on client care. Issues which affect the ability of staff to work well together should be taken seriously and addressed promptly. Bullying and harassment in the workplace is unacceptable and should not be tolerated or condoned under any circumstances.
How to create the sort of organisation that people want to be a part of and feel proud to work in by fostering a climate of dignity and respect amongst staff at all levels, and in demonstrating our commitment to deal with conflict, bullying and harassment effectively and promptly.
