Mental health doesn’t take a break just because every radio station is blasting Christmas music 24/7, and everyone is encouraging you to “Be in the Christmas spirit!”

Let’s get together and do what we do best, share ideas, experiences, survival kits, drinks & nibbles (yayyyyyy) in a safe space.
