Emotions are contagious.  Research has shown that emotional contagion is real.  Who hasn't caught someone's smile or someone's frown?  The importance of creating the emotional culture in your organisation cannot be understated.

This mini workshop provides an introduction to the Emotional Culture Deck where we will start to name how we want to feel at work and how we may not want to feel but sometimes do.  We then consider behaviours and rituals we can deploy for ourselves and how to bring this more broadly into our teams.
