The Global Trauma Chapter is launching its Movie Club!

Bringing more ease, connection and empowerment into this topic has always been our intention when we first put it on the Culture First agenda. 

To support this intention, we have launched the Book Club, and now we are adding the Movie Club as well!

Twice a year we will meet to discuss a movie or series where various aspects of the concept of trauma in all its shapes and forms are being interpreted through creative movie making lenses. 

We are starting with the mini-series Adolescence!

We will meet to discuss it in a trauma-sensitive container. The angles/questions/issues to be offered for discussion will be published prior to the meetings. Everyone is welcome to participate, adding perspectives from their own lived experiences, comparing notes, and simply sharing their fascination with the art of moviemaking.
