Our June Culture Conversations event—“Belonging at Work and Beyond: Celebrating Pride Through Community”—brings together LGBTQIA+ professionals and allies to explore the powerful role of community in shaping inclusive, values-driven workplaces.

At a time when inclusion is being debated and often challenged in public discourse, it's more important than ever to foster spaces of support, solidarity, and belonging. This event centers the voices and lived experiences of leaders who are building those spaces every day—at work and beyond.
