What to Expect 🤔

This is a low key gathering. Nothing overly professional. Conclude your week with us with some coffee from Thou Mayest ☕, lunch on The Nelson lawn 🏸 and delve into a community brain trust. This is an exercise where folks can share their real life culture and workplace challenges and receive advice, feedback, or resources from fellow community members. Think of this like your personal board of people & culture advisors. Plus, we can walk through the museum together afters too.

11:00 - 11:30: Grab a coffee and meet us at Thou Mayest in The Nelson-Atkins Art Museum 

11:30 - 12:00: Informal Introductions and lunch on the Nelson Lawn 

12:00 - 1:00: Community Brain Trust Activity + Reflections

1:00: Event concludes with optional walk through the museum

What to Bring and Important Need-to-Knows 📝

• Arrival Time: It will be easiest to meet in the coffee shop before moving to the lawn
• Food: There are snacks available at Thou Mayest, but please bring your own lunch 
• Outdoor stuff: Bring a blanket or a chair to be comfortable, your glasses and sunblock in case it's hot and sunny
