The work associated with building more 'Culture First' organizations is full of gains and losses, joys and sorrows, ups and downs, but we do not have to live it alone. Think of this gatherings like your close group of culture advisors being there to support you with your projects or challenges. We'll hear you out, we'll share some advice or expertise and we'll celebrate our wins. All of this done in a confidential space.

Who is this for?

- Open for all and not just HR professionals. We already have HR support networks.

- Any level of the organization and not just executives. They already have specialty groups too.
