Hey Culture First KC Crew! 🌟 We’re back with another Brain Trust session at Cafe Equinox—a place for meaningful connections, shared wisdom, and supportive insights. This session is designed to help each of us navigate the highs and lows of our work with a trusted community by our side. Plus it's hosted in the dreamy greenhouse at Family Tree Nursery. 


"Our work can be lonely and frustrating. It can be hard to find people in our organization to have these kinds of conversations with. I felt an instant connection and I appreciate everyone's willingness to help."

What to Expect 🤔
Bring your own lunch (BYOL), and we’ll provide some snacks to keep us going! We're hosting this Brain Trust because one our community members, Ari DeGrote, has reached out after recently launching her own business!! She’s eager for input on marketing, brand positioning, and contracting and excited to tap into the wisdom of our KC community.
Each session brings something special; as one member shared, “I heard what I needed to hear.” Another said, “I feel connected on a deeper level with you all. More than with some of my coworkers I've worked with for over a year." This Brain Trust is a safe, energizing space to learn from each other, support one another, and leave feeling inspired.
We’ll also open the floor for anyone else who has a challenge they’d like the group’s input on. This is your chance to not only get personal feedback, but also to help others navigate their unique journeys. Think of this as your advisory board for all things people, culture, and business!

11:00 - 11:15: Arrive, grab a coffee, and get comfy in the greenhouse. 
11:15 - 12:15: Community Brain Trust - Support our spotlight member, Ari, and brainstorm together.
12:15 - 12:45: Open Hot Seat - Another community member presents a challenge.
12:45 - 1:00: Reflections and wrap-up.
1:00 and on: Open co-working and hangs 

Who Should Join? 👥
If you’re passionate about creating a better world of work, this is for you! You don't necessarily have to be in HR or have a people and culture role to be an attendee. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or new to the culture conversation, come share, learn, and grow with us.
