Pause & Connect: A short 10 minute group meditation / sanity break (Held on the 2nd and 4th Friday at 3:30PM Central) Dates: March 26, April 9, 23, May 7, 21, June 4, 18, July 2 How we'll do this: • Hello, welcome & brief one-word check in via Zoom chat (1 min or less) • Today’s session (2 min or less) • Group Meditation (around 10 min) • Integration / micro-practice (takeaway) (around 1 min) • Close (1 min or less) • Gail available for Q&A right after (5 min) Total time: 15-20 minutes Group norms: • Agency. This is your pracitce. If at any time, you need to stop or open your eyes during meditation, please do so • Highly encouraged to turn off all devices or put away for duration • Zoom fatigue is real. We'll turn off our video & mute ourselves while meditating ;) • Sharing is encouraged, and optional • Listen mindfully while others are speaking About/Gail Spangler is the founder of Pauzify and a certified mindfulness trainer with the Google-born Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute. She teaches foundational mindfulness practices based on neuroscience, emotional intelligence and social/leadership skills.
