We’ll talk about the benefits of playfulness in the workplace and then play some games! We’ll play holiday-themed games of Survey Battles, Spin and Solve, and What’s That Cost?! The best way to rediscover the power of play is to experience it yourself. Burnout, quiet-quitting, The Great Resignation, and midlife crisis have plagued our workforce for too long. Let's get together over beverages to discuss how to navigate all of this in a 'Culture First' way to find more fun, flow and fulfillment in our lives and work.
