About this event

Join us for, "The Art of Letting Go: A Creative Workshop to Overcome Perfectionism at Work," a transformative 2 hour workshop that aims to free you from the constraints of perfectionism in the workplace by pairing the power of artistic expression with conscious reflection. This will be hosted in a designated room (to be announced) at the Johnson County Library.

Under the guidance of Hannah Arredondo, a seasoned coach specializing in Parts Work and helping individuals overcome perfectionism, alongside Camry Ivory, the creator of the revolutionary audio-visual technology Coloratura, this workshop promises an immersive journey into self-awareness and creative exploration. The hands-on event will deepen your understanding of how different aspects of yourself interact with each other. We will guide you through the intricacies of your inner selves using the canvas of creativity and the language of music.
