During our coffee meet-up we will take on an exercise utilizing "Where should we begin" by Ester Perel to build up our own tool-kit to best support our leaders in connecting with employees - and connect us to one another!
More and more employee experience experts are touting the benefits of organization leaders being vulnerable, including increased trust and company confidence (as noted in this recent Forbes article). Often our leaders are unsure how to be vulnerable with the team and we, as culture leaders, have the ability to guide them through this challenge. During our coffee meet-up, we will take on an exercise utilizing "Where should we begin" by Ester Perel to build up our own toolkit to best support our leaders in connecting with employees - and connect us to one another!
