Since before COVID hit, resilience has been a buzzword within organizations. But with the current state of employee mental health and needed support from employers, has resilience had its day? In this training, we'll separate resilience fact from fiction and help you determine if you (and your organization) should help build the skill of resilience or focus elsewhere.
Our newly formed Las Vegas chapter will be meeting over Zoom for an interactive discussion on Resilience in the Workplace. We'll cover what resilience is, what it's not, and explore if (and when) your workplace needs it.
This will be a workshop-style delivery with interaction from those attending. Please be prepared to connect, share your experiences, and contribute to the conversation.
About Culture First:
We share a collective passion for improving our workplaces by putting culture first. However, this task is not easy, and going it alone limits our chances of success.
With this in mind, Culture Amp is supporting the development and growth of regionally led Culture First chapters. The goal is to empower local Culture First Communities worldwide to connect, learn, and support one another in creating the change that we want to see in the world!
