Breathe for mental wellbeing - A way to find calm, focus, creativity, and a smile in a pandemic

How you may ask? By discovering your breath, yes breath. Learn why your breath is so important for your mental and physical wellbeing. This will be a short 45 minute jumpstart session. Instead of that mid afternoon coffee join me for some breath work, then you can have your coffee if you feel you still need it.

About this event

In this introductory session, join Sonja from The More Human Company and learn how to breathe. Yes breathe, blending neuroscience, physiology, and contemplative practices this session will leave you renewed and ready for the year ahead.  During the session we will reflect on the importance of building mindful moments throughout your day to renew, find calm and of course smile.   

It's winter, its dark and cold and we can't see our friends or family.  Times are for sure uncertain and tough.  This practice will support you now and into the future.  Help us not lose our shit with our friends and family and find greater ease in living through a pandemic.
