Yes breathe, blending neuroscience, physiology, and contemplative practices this session will leave you renewed and ready for the year ahead.  During the session we will reflect on the importance of building mindful moments throughout your day to renew, find calm and of course smile.   

It's winter, its dark and cold and we can't see our friends or family.  Times are for sure uncertain and tough.  This practice will support you now and into the future.  Help us not lose our shit with our friends and family and find greater ease in living through a pandemic.
