Beth will support you in understanding your current relationship with safety. You will leave with a simple model and some practical tools to better resource yourself and your people with, ensuring any climate action you take serves the self, the organisation and the planet.

Harry will talk about the dynamics of an organisation and help you to understand how you can take action whether you are senior, junior, new to climate action or an activist. As a community builder himself, Harry will leave you with first-hand tips on how to find allies as an employee and create action together as an employer.
