Join us on Aug. 29, 8-9AM MNL / Aug. 28, 5-6PM LA to reconnect with yourself, your creativity and the Culture First community in a session on Cultivating Creativity Through Mindful Presence with facilitators Jen Horn and Lex Balaguer.

* This event is co-hosted by the Culture First Manila chapter and the topic-based, global Culture First Creative Wellbeing chapter, with new chapter leads Jana Ragual and Jen Horn.

While meditation is one practice that we easily associate with mindfulness, Jen and Lex will use visual art and poetry to take you through a mindfulness practice to easefully start your day or end it, wherever you are in the world.

Our lives are rich with beauty and magic, when we are fully present to it. :)

WHAT TO EXPECT
• A reflective practice session for mindful looking at art and mindful making
• Invitations to interact in the chat or by unmuting your mic

PREPARING FOR THE SESSION
• Join via laptop / desktop in a quiet place with stable internet for an optimal experience.
• Have your journal / paper and a pen / coloring materials handy for easeful creating!
