Join us for an interactive discussion with feminist thought leaders to learn more about cultivating safe and inclusive workplaces!
Some leaders and people developers shy away from the feminist label (even if they are women) because of the baggage or impressions it may sometimes bring. (Think angry women, burning bras.) But at the heart of feminist leadership and cultures is love and care, especially for those who have been historically excluded, marginalized or oppressed.
We believe that we all have something to learn from the feminist movement in nurturing the leaders and culture we need for the future we want.
We'll share stories, data and insights on leading and culture-building rooted in feminist principles together with Sabrina Gacad, Chairperson, Dept. of Women and Development Studies, UP Diliman, and Pamela Marie Godoy, a Gender-Based Violence Prevention & Response Technical Adviser. The event will be hosted and facilitated by Jen Horn, chapter lead of Culture First Manila, and a leadership, culture and wellbeing facilitator and coach, and Gabby Llamzon, Positive Workplaces learning & development officer.
This will be a highly interactive discussion, with audience polls!
Please prepare to join in Menti polls / surveys by logging on with your laptop and/or having a mobile device to join the Menti.
