[Wag Kang Toxic] How to be a good boss by not being a bad one

Jun 26, 9:30 – 11:00 AM (UTC)

Manila

We often hear stories of employees quitting because of toxic bosses. So what about their bosses leads many employees to resign? What leadership qualities help make them stay? How much of those qualities do we see in current leaders in our workplace? In ourselves? And what does this say about how we might develop leaders in the Philippines moving forward?

About this event

We often hear stories of employees quitting because of toxic bosses. So in this gathering, we ask:

  • What about their bosses leads many employees to resign?
  • What leadership qualities help make them stay?
  • How much of those qualities do we see in current leaders in our workplace? In ourselves?
  • And what does this say about how we might develop leaders in the Philippines moving forward?

By answering these questions, we hope to learn more about what mindsets, skills and practices we need to nurture in Filipino leaders today.
