Culture in a Crisis - nurturing company culture, and yourself, through a crisis.

Melbourne

May 14, 2020, 5:30 – 7:00 AM

Before we move on and begin to reimagine the future of work and culture 2.0, we need to acknowledge what's happening. It's been a difficult time, it is a difficult time for everyone, and especially difficult for people whose responsibility it is to care for others. If that's you – if you're a people and culture leader please join us as we support each other and figure this out, together.

About this event

This is is the inaugural Culture First event in Melbourne. We have a vibrant and thriving community of people and culture leaders in this city and these events are our opportunity to connect, to come together in solidarity, to share and to learn from each other as we work to make work a better experience for everyone.

Over the coming months we'll be having the conversations that need to be had. This is not going to be an echo chamber of next-practice and aspirational blue sky rhetoric, we want to get real. The events and the conversations we have are curated to support you and the challenges you're facing as we work to create better workplaces and company cultures.

Now, more than ever, culture matters. In this first event we'll check in with each other, learn more about what everyone is doing in their respective roles and we'll share some insights from companies who are doing it well. There will be plenty of interaction, this is a community event for the people and culture community so come prepared to participate.
