About this event

This FREE masterclass series is for busy, big-hearted people who want to create more congruence between who they really are and how they show up at work. These two powerful sessions will take you right to the heart of what it means to be true to yourself empowering and inspiring you to create a more uplifting (working) life - one small step at a time.

Discover the first two of four elements of practice of self-fidelity:

· WAKING UP to your true nature

· LETTING BE the truth of who you are

Learn how to change your relationship with the ‘voices in your head’ and reconnect to your most positively powerful ways of being.

Connect with a community of like-minded self-fidelity pioneers united by our shared aspiration to uplift working life.

In a world that teaches us to conform, comply, and compare we all need a practice to remain faithful to the truth of who we are. This is the practice of self-fidelity.

In the same way you might practice yoga to reconnect to your body, or practice meditation to reconnect to your inner wisdom, you can practice self-fidelity to reconnect to the truth of who you are.

Self-fidelity is the practice of being true to our essential nature. It’s a faithfulness to the vibrant expression of our most authentic and powerful ways of being. Self-fidelity is the opposite of self-betrayal. It’s the rejection of the belief that we need to change who we are to succeed. Instead, self-fidelity is based on the awareness that vitality, meaning and success flow from freeing ourselves to be who we are.

The practice supports the expansion of our working lives to allow space for all that we are, and all we yearn to become. It empowers us to activate more of our unique potential, giving others permission to do the same.

John Mellencamp sang, ‘Life goes on, long after the thrill of living is gone.’ But it does not have to be this way.

It is possible to live and work in a way that uplifts us and honours the truth of who we are.

What if true success, vitality and happiness flows from being who we are, not changing who we are?

What if everything we need is already inside of us?

Self-fidelity is the practice of being true to our essential nature.

By learning how to reconnect to our essential nature as unique, worthy, caring, courageous, creative and playful beings, we lift ourselves and others up.

By restoring trust in ourselves, we restore our trust in each other.

This masterclass series is for you if:`

· You believe that work has the potential to be life-enhancing, not soul-destroying

· You are sick and tired of trying to ‘fix’, mould and prove yourself

· You want to experience greater fulfilment, happiness and vitality at work, and in life

· You want to activate more of your unique potential and learn to trust in the very best version of yourself
