The world has changed, has our leadership? What are the skills, attitudes and attributes leaders need? Empathy, vulnerability, self-awareness, compassion... is it time for these once called 'soft skills' to come to the fore? So many questions. We don't have all the answers but we do know that this conversation is essential. Join us.

About this event

The past 12 months has seen us all having to adapt very quickly to a new paradigm of work and leadership. This event and discussion is for those who want to lead change, to create better workplace cultures. We’ll discuss the skills that are emerging as essential to develop given the uncertainty of both the present situation and the future. We know that what’s worked previously may not be what’s going to work in the future. So, what will?

As leaders and influencers of people and culture, what are the skills we need to be developing and deploying?

This is will be an open discussion lead by Mikey Ellis and Tathra Street. Both have extensive experience and expertise in building community, culture strategy and designing the future of work. This is not just for traditional 'leaders' - this is for anyone who wants to bring about change, who has a vision for a better world of work, for seasoned and aspiring leaders. Let's be honest - these are skills any human working with others can develop.

Join us as we support each other in being better leaders of better workplace cultures.
