Was there a time when feeling safe at work was more important? As we all scramble to meet the fundamental needs of our teams, colleagues and ourselves, the need to create psychologically safe spaces is essential. In this workshop we'll look at that this means, discuss why it matters so much, and we'll draw upon the collective wisdom and experience of the group to help with practical action steps.

About this event
Psychological safety is a term you're no doubt familiar with. And if you're not, you'll certainly understand why it matters so much as we dive into what it means, why we need to nurture safe workplaces now and how to do that.
This will be a knowledge-sharing, collaborative workshop where we'll draw upon the collective experience and ensure we walk away with some tangible steps to take in cultivating a more psychologically safe workplace, wherever that might be and whatever that might look like now and into the future.
