Join us for a follow-up session, "Putting Learning into Action: Applying Insights from Creating an Innovative Team Culture," where we take the next step in our journey towards cultivating a culture of innovation within our organisations.
Recently, we hosted "Creating an Innovative Team Culture," a dynamic workshop facilitated by Jessie Jacob, Senior Community Engagement Manager at Culture Amp. The event was designed to help people geeks and culture champions navigate the process of building a culture that supports innovation. To close the session, we discussed how we would apply our insights to our day to day work.
In our Culture First community, we firmly believe in the principle of "putting learning into action." As we gather once again, we'll reflect on the core concepts and insights from the previous workshop and share how we applied this newfound knowledge in our respective roles and teams.
In this Follow-Up Session, we will:
- Reflect on Key Takeaways: Revisit the ideas that have resonated with our participants.
- Explore Real-World Applications: Engage with fellow chapter members as they share their success stories and challenges in applying the learnings to their teams.
- Learn for All: Whether you attended the first workshop or not, this session welcomes everyone to learn from shared experiences. Discover practical approaches to driving innovation within your own teams, even if you missed the initial event.
Join us in living out our community's principle of "putting learning into action" and driving positive change within our organisations. Together, let's elevate our teams and create a culture of innovation that thrives.
