Studies have shown that whilst 9 in 10 people are willing to be authentic, only 5 in 10 are willing to be vulnerable – and without vulnerability true authenticity remains out of reach. It has been reported that the number one regret of people who are dying is that they have not lived a life that was true to themselves.
