About this event

Recent research indicates that up to 62% of people feel the need to hide their true identity at work. Studies have shown that whilst 9 in 10 people are willing to be authentic, only 5 in 10 are willing to be vulnerable – and without vulnerability true authenticity remains out of reach. It has been reported that the number one regret of people who are dying is that they have not lived a life that was true to themselves.

These insights reflect a huge problem because now more than ever, it is essential that we activate the fullness of our individual and collective human potential. Leaders who find the courage to be true to themselves, creating inner/outer alignment engender psychological safety, trust, creativity, innovation, engagement, inclusion, well-being and performance

The practice of self-fidelity supports us to reconnect to our 'true self' at work.

The four foundational skills of self-fidelity are:

Waking Up: Remembering you are not your thoughts

Letting Be: Reconnecting to your most powerful ways of being

Letting Go: Releasing the things that weigh you down

Letting In: Restoring your vitality and energy

Over time, the practice of self-fidelity creates congruence between who we really are, and how we work and lead. The end result is that we activate more of our unique potential and working life feels more fulfilling and more vivid.

In this session with Cassandra you will have the opportunity to discover the practice of self-fidelity and explore how it has the potential to uplift your working life.
